Shipping Policy

Every Fjordback Studio print is made to order. This keeps waste low and means your print is produced fresh for you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Denmark and the rest of Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately can't deliver there yet.

Production time

Your print is produced within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Framed prints may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery time

Denmark: usually 2–6 business days after production
Rest of the EU: usually 3–8 business days after production

In total, most orders arrive within 4–11 business days in Denmark and 5–13 business days in the rest of the EU. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the size and number of prints and are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Multiple items

If you order several prints, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your print arrives damaged or your parcel doesn't arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at Jeppen@icloud.com with your order number (and photos if the item is damaged). We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Customs and duties

Orders to EU countries are not subject to customs duties. For orders to non-EU countries in Europe (e.g. Norway, Switzerland or the UK), local import duties or taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
