14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, without giving a reason. To use your right of withdrawal, email us at Jeppen@icloud.com with your order number before the 14 days have passed. You can write in your own words or use the form at the bottom of this page.
We will reply with the return address. You must send the item back no later than 14 days after telling us you want to withdraw.
Condition of the item
Please return the print undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging. You may inspect the print as you would in a shop, but if it has been used, damaged or handled more than necessary, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Refunds
We refund the full price of the item, including the standard shipping cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you have sent it. The refund is made to the same payment method you used.
Damaged on arrival?
If your print or frame arrives damaged or with a print error, we replace it free of charge. Email us a photo of the damage and the packaging within 14 days of delivery and we'll get a new one into production right away – no need to send the damaged piece back.
2-year right to complain
You always have a 2-year right to complain about defects under Danish law. Contact us within a reasonable time after you discover a defect, and we will offer a replacement, repair or refund.
Wrong size or frame?
Every print is made to order, so please double-check size and frame before ordering. If something went wrong, write to us as soon as possible – if production hasn't started, we can usually change it.
Custom House Posters
Personalised prints are made to your specifications, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(3)). We always send you a proof for approval before printing. Your 2-year right to complain about defects still applies.
